## 1. Check-In & Check-Out Policies

* Standard Timings: Standard Check-In time is typically 12:00 PM (Noon) , and Check-Out time is *10:30 AM*.

* Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to room availability and may attract additional hourly charges (e.g., 50% of the room rate up to 4 hours, and a full day’s charge beyond that).

* Identity Verification: All adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID) upon check-in. Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport and visa.

* Minimum Days Booking: 3 Days, Maximum 11 Months

*First Preference & Priority Business Executives/Professionals/Expats/Entrepreneurs/Industrial Companies

## 2. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

* Payment Terms: Full payment or a valid credit card authorization is required before check-in to cover room charges and incidental expenses.

* Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time may forfeit the booking advance or incur a one-night room charge penalty.

* Taxes: All applicable local taxes (e.g., GST) will be charged over and above the base room tariff unless explicitly specified.

## 3. Room Occupancy & Visitors

* Maximum Occupancy: Rooms are strictly allocated based on the number of guests specified during booking. Extra guests will not be allowed.

* Visitor Policy: For safety and security reasons, visitors are generally allowed only in designated lobby/lounge areas or permitted in rooms until 10:00 PM. Overnight visitors are not permitted without formal registration at the front desk.

## 4. Property Damage & Missing Items

* Guest Liability: Guests are expected to keep the room and its fixtures in good condition. Any damage to the property, linens, electronic appliances, or furniture caused by negligence or intent will be charged directly to the guest's bill before check-out.

* Inventory Check: An inventory check of the apartment’s appliances, crockery, and linens may be conducted upon departure.

## 5. House Rules & Safety

* Smoking, Alcohol & Vaping: Most modern service apartments operate a strict No Smoking No Alcohol policy inside the rooms/suites. Violation of this rule usually results in a deep-cleaning fee (e.g., ₹2,500 to ₹5,000 / $50 to $100).

* In House Cleaning & Disposal of waste is at Customer Responsibility during stay period

* Noise & Disturbance: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud music, parties, or any behavior that disturbs other residents is strictly prohibited.

* Illegal Activities: The use of illegal substances, gambling, commercial activity, sexual activities or possession of weapons within the premises is completely forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and reporting to local authorities.

* Pets: Pets are not permitted unless the property is explicitly designated as "Pet-Friendly" and prior written approval has been granted.

## 6. Liability Disclaimer

* Valuables: The management is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings, cash, or valuables left in the rooms. Guests are advised to use the in-room electronic safes (if provided) or secure their items.

* Force Majeure: The property cannot be held liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, utility outages, or strikes.

## 7. Rates: Varies INR Rs 3750 after discount of 25%/Night/Flat (2 BedRoom Apartment) without tax. Discounts subjected to vary to time of booking and seasons
